If crazy translates to weird, then "Wedding Feast" immediately comes to mind (though it's barely a "song").
"Do U Lie?" & "My Little Pill" are also pretty different.

Raspberry Beret, The Cross, I Could Never Take the Place..., probably wouldn't qualify in my opinion.
Tamborine, Arrogance, Batdance, Life Can Be So Nice, Sexual Suicide, Movie Star, Love 2 the 9s, I wonder U, are more creative in structure. They do not have typical melodies or chord sequences.
Play in the Sunshine starts off pretty normal, but the melody is very different, as is the middle to end of the song.
Purple Rain might qualify for it's unusual melodic rhythm.
