Help me add Boots into my chronological Prince catalogue I'm only guessing at this but I reckon Charade comes AFTER Parade, Camille comes AFTER SOTT and before The Black Album, The Crucial LP comes AFTER Batman and before The Choclate Album which comes before Graffiti Bridge and The Undertaker comes AFTER Come and before The Gold Experience.
Help me right the wrongs.

Can this be confirmed fo me and do I have The Choclate Album and The Undertaker in the right place?

Can this be confirmed fo me and do I have The Choclate Album and The Undertaker in the right place? Charade and Camille were supposed the be released, Crucial not. Crucial has tracks from different times .... besides ... there are three different Crucial-albums.

Charade is not an unreleased album, just a bootleg of Parade-era out-takes.
Crucial, The Chocolate Album the same. Camille was expanded to accomodate many of the tracks from the aborted Dream Factory album, to a 3LP set called Crystal Ball, which in turn was then marred down to the 2LP Sign O' The Times - the only track from SOTT not on Crystal Ball is U Got The Look. The Undertaker was recorded June 14, 1993.

The Undertaker was recorded June 14, 1993. But my Undertaker has bonus tracks from 1994 included. It's just a bootleg. They padded out the album (which is only, what 40 mins?) - with some extra tracks from the same era in order to make it a more attractive purchase. Bootlegs don't represent the original tracklists of any unreleased recordings, they are just put together by the people that make them, not Prince. Here are some official tracklists of unreleased albums (or their last configuration before work ceased on them): The Undertaker: 1. The Ride [10:55] 2. Poorgoo [4:25] 3. Honky Tonk Woman [3:01] 4. Bambi [4:03] 5. Zannalee (Prelude) [0:47] 6. The Undertaker [9:45] 7. Dolphin [3:43] The Dream Factory side one: 1. Visions 2. Dream Factory 3. Train 4. The Ballad Of Dorothy Parker 5. It side two: 1. Strange Relationship 2. Starfish & Coffee 3. Slow Love 4. I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man side three: 1. Sign O' The Times 2. A Place In Heaven 3. Crystal Ball side four: 1. The Cross 2. Last Heart 3. Witness 4 The Prosecution 4. Movie Star 5. All My Dreams Camille 1. Rebirth Of The Flesh 2. Housequake 3. Strange Relationship 4. Feel U Up 5. Shockadelica 6. Good Love 7. If I Was Your Girlfriend 8. Rockhard In A Funky Place Crystal Ball Side 1 Rebirth of the Flesh Play In the Sunshine Housequake The Ballad of Dorothy Parker Side 2 It Starfish and Coffee Slow Love Hot Thing Side 3 Crystal ball If I Was Your Girlfriend Rock Hard In a Funky Place Side 4 The Ball Joy In Repetition Strange Relationship I Could Never Take the Place of Your Man Side 5 Shockadelica Good Love Forever In My Life Sign of the Times Side 6 The Cross Adore It's Gonna' be a Beautiful Night [This message was edited Tue May 18 5:59:31 2004 by NouveauDance]

Surely the Undertaker 'album' is just the tracks from the VHS. Which were all live direct to DAT versions of the songs performed by P, Sonny and Michael B.

Almost... there are a few slight differences though. On the video, there's a point in the middle of 'The Ride' where Vanessa Marcil throws up, and the music cuts out (and has a small bit edited out). On the CD this doesn't happen, the song is unedited and uninterupted. Also, the video has an edit of the studio version of 'Dolphin' paying over the film footage. The CD has the actual 'live 2 DAT' version of Dolphin. The Undertaker CD was actually gonna be released, it was pressed up on CD and there are genuine copies of it floating around (though expect to pay BIG bucks for one these days).
