I still love the '85 interview he gave MTV in France, with the "America" live video tacked on to the end. It was staged as hell, but you could tell he was having fun with his life at the time.

Prince has never given a good interview because he controls them too much. I mean these days people aren't even allowed to ask personal questions of any nature.

When he does allow personal questions (like on Oprah) he lies.

for radio, the '86 mojo interview is still classic, but the recent misc. ones could be cut together as there were some classic moments incl, but not limited to the stevie wonder holding hands bit and the wardrobe malfunction line...
