Right, it's Italian. The girl is saying:

If I'm right, Prince's mother is from Italian origin, which probably explains the choice of the language. And anyway, can you think of a language which sounds better than Italian...personally, no!

When I first heard the song I thought Spanish, but after awhile I thought it was Italian, and now I think it maybe Portugese??? Hell, I don't even know what she is sayin.
