Anybody have any info on why the ballad "I Wonder" was taken off of the Diamonds and Pearls album (assuming that it was, in fact, an outtake from D&P)? I think it's a great song and have often wondered why in the hell it was pulled.

It doesn't fit with that album, too minimal!

I WONDER could easily fit on musicology,IMO....some songs don't have a "home".(meaning an album to put it on)...too strong a song to be a throwaway.

Yeah there is just no real 'album' to throw them on with.

Maybe B-Sides? hey..they wouldve been great.

oh yeah..and Player and I Wonder would definitley fit on Musicology...which is definitley needing something...something is missin in that album.

I wonder has great song structure and seemed to be a rough draft, from which he would have greatly expanded with strings, finger cymbals, samples and lots of samples. I love the song, and plan to add it to my band's songlist.
