90.9FM in Detroit had all Prince for 4 hours and will do it again on his B-day!

90.9Fm is the Detroit Public Schools station and they play some pretty good stuff now and then. During 2-6, they play a lot of old school and gospel house. Some of the stuff is very old school and not your typical Top 40 old school, like Brides of Funkenstein. They will play 12 inches! From 2-6 today, Theresa Hill played nothing but Prince songs. She asked for everyones Top 3 and would try to play them. I listened to most of it and it was mostly old school stuff from his albums. Very cool. They would over edit some of his stuff, even words like "sex" and "damn" (actually, they edited damn in "Partyup" but not in other songs. And in "Erotic City", they were so cautious they edited the word "thoughts". Wow! Anyway, they are going to do it again on Prince's birthday because it was a really big hit. I will definitely be listening. Check it if you live in the area.
