why do I see so many mentions of TAMBORINE ?

Prince has done entire albums that are brimful of senseless crap like Come, Rave, Thieves, Chaos&Disorder - I've listened to them really rarely and they make wonder if Prince made them just for sake of cashing in on his fans' loyalty.

Also better finished albums like Emancipation include loads of incomprehensible nonsense: Joint To Joint, Courtin' Time, Face Down and some others shouldn't have been in the album...it's too long - those songs are silly and unlistenable shite.
