Is Prince on "Love Hater"???

I was just listening to Outkast's The Love Below at a friend's house and the song "Love Hater" came on. I was like "Damn! is this Outkast?" It totally sounds like they got Prince to do the music for that song. I couldn't find the cd insert, and can't find anything on-line.....anybody know about this song and if Prince worked on it?

Prince had nothing to do with that song.
