I can't love U anymore ?

This is one of my favourite demo tracks.
Can anyone tell me where it's from and around what time it was written ???
I just can't believe all the things people say !

Recorded in Australia, 1992.

Originally planned for the 'I'll Do Anything' soundtrack.
