Prince's best b-sides of all time? "She's Always In My Hair"!

Why Rude Boy didn't put this on "Around The World" is sick. And that's exactly why he didn't do it. Because he knew that this was better than anything else on the whole album. Second best b-side of all time is "Gotta Stop Messin About" from 1982. Flip side to "Let's Work" long version. First Prince non- album b-side. Next is "Another Lonely Christmas". A super cool and super rare b-side is Prince by way of The Time "Grace" from 1982. It's the b-side to "777-9311". Prince doing his Morris Day voice along with Jill Jones. Cold blooded.

B-sides and the extended (or better: full) versions of the a-sides from 1984-1988, I think.

Yes, ur right!!!!! I was pretty peeved at that one...but I'm pretty sure I have the 12" somewhere in my mama's house...I LUV that tune. Quite fonky...but as for bsides, I still gotta go w/a tie b/t She's Always In My Hair (fonky in that slowrider cool brotha way) and 17 Days (which was definitely helped by his opening Purple Rain tour in 1985 in Long Beach, CA...playing the entire song behind the curtain...I was a teenager and thought that was THE coolest thing I'd ever seen. And this is after realizing that When Doves Cry has no bass? Ooohhhhh.... worship And the re-working of that Sex Shooter lick was pretty dope too, eh?

... eek It never even dawned on me to look for B-sides by The Time! Not that I've ever seen a 12" single for "777-9311" and PASSED on it, but that I never thought to dig either.

Shockadelica (stupid but funky)
Horny toad
How come u don't call me anymore
Irresitible bitch

The crappiest are:

It's sad that Prince's old B sides are better then his album tracks of late.
