Madonna's 'Bedtime Story' single came out in the UK in a limited edition digipak/book thing like this. Her GHV2 album did too.

Someone please put the pic up here. That whole system with the password over there is crap. I've lost mine. I wonder how many sign up and then never go there because of this. So easy to lose a password like that before u get the chance to sign in and change it to something memorable. Worth it for the pics I guess, if nothing else.
