actually- it was the only Prince "hit" i never liked .... always found it to be too derivative of "bang a gong" or whatever that song was ....  | |

the thing about CREAM with me was.. the 1st time I heard it was the live version on the Arsenio Hall Show, damn what a great performance of the song....I had high hopes 2 hear the song on Diamonds & Pearls. Boy was I in 4 a surprise....the album single sounded nothing like the incredibly funky single I heard the night b4. I grew 2 like the single & later released remixes. But 2 this day, I wish Prince had/would still drop the best version of CREAM that I've heard so far .  Don't u want to come , 3121. It's gonna be so much fun, 3121. That's where the party be, 3121. Y'all can come if u want to, but u can never leave! |
