LA Staples Center DVD?

If Prince is not already planning this...he should definitely consider it! That was a stellar concert! One of the best I've seen him do. He just stepped up the idea of performing to another level! If anyone slept over the last 25 years or forgot how great he is in the last decade, they just got lake minnetonka water splashed in their face! I think that a lot of people would want to buy this.

1) memories
2) those that missed it
3) continues with the idea that he won't be performing those songs again (possibly)
4) it was the kickoff performance
5) that acoustic set!!
6) dmsr and controversy(nuff said)

Prince could include extras like the video for Musicology. Band member interviews or maybe some rehearsals...

Just have that sound mastered DTS and excellent picture quality and this will sell majorly! Might even be a good idea to time that with the release of Purple Rain to DVD or some other significant Prince date like his birthday (even though he doesn't really celebrate it).

Is it just me, or the lighting was off last night?? There were times when I can hardly see him. But I did loved the performance!!

I was at the show and thought it was a stylistic choice. I agree it was sometimes dark, but I really liked it a lot; it gave a sparse stage depth and character.

Man, I would get a bootleg copy of that if he don't release it. I didn't go to the screening because I'm going to see him live, but I would rather pay $15 for the DVD to see it as many times as I want instead of paying just to see it one time and that's it.
