Prince Announces New Album, Tour

To celebrate the anniversary of Purple Rain, Prince has announced the upcoming release of a new studio album, Musicology, which will coincide with a nationwide tour launching March 29.

The tour, beginning in Los Angeles, will give concertgoers a chance to see Prince perform a series of his well known hit singles for what a recent press release claims is the last time. The 38-city tour (and growing) will take place “in the round,” with a center stage providing more seats for Prince’s throngs of dedicated fans.
