Yeah, got alot of nasty people, not the good nasty, just alot of negativity. So Hammer closed it.

I don't ever really recall chatting with him. But I think you are correct in that he redesigned the L4OA symbol. I thought that was pretty funny too. Wasn't it around the time of Prince sending out letters to all of those sites at the time? Maybe he had it with the website lawyer fiasco. Dunno.

Yeah, he had the ATWIAD Kid just floating across the screen. that was very cool then. I do not know if he still writes for Nuvo, based in INDY...

L4OA is love for one anothe rright? why did he redesign it? is hammer yet another artist who loves prince but then meets him and is disillusioned? poor guy, thank god prince seems so much more happy these days, people probs wont be so pissed off when they meet him! hey danny glover seems to be interested at least!

had the same name there "Finess" and no Hammer closed it because as usual he got grumpy pissed off, and it was taking up to much bandwith and space at Nuvo. the chat was awesome, there were alot of "secret" rooms he put up for some folks, i met a lot of cool ass folks there, most who have vanished. but that was a cool time, i started out at the dawn, Migrated 2 Hammers, then 7's then eye's.. then here

and I remember meeting many of the old timers there, like finess, chocolate, zeinabau (a very, very young pup back then), LCD, raspberry, sexydancer, and..... can't think of any more names. There was a really young guy always in there at the end... I think named Chris, but used another screen name... electric something?

Plus a few of you who have changed your names since then.

I remember zeinabau, or the name at least. Rude was always there too. Wow all these names I forgot about.

yeah chewy..when I first got online....Hammers site was the first I went to as well...then I took a swim in the (dare I say) Holy River...and almost drowned!!


But...I did meet alot of you older orgers there...so, a few good things came outta that time.
