I must admit that I really like healthy food so my favourite munchies cure has to be a salad sandwich, preferably on triple grain bread (although food that doesn't require preparation is the key when you have the munchies, the effort of making a sandwich can be too much to cope with).

Let's be honest though, when you've got the munchies, anything that isn't nailed down and doesn't run away when you prod it can be thrown into a piece of bread and called food.
