Just enjoy the ride and be happy you get to see Prince perform on a Sunday night. Prince got it good with his career. He is independent but can dip his toes in the corporate music world when he wants. Most musicians would love it that way. Playing at the Grammies is a good vehicle to get people whose lives are not necessarily passionate about music to step into the car for a musical trip. I had a lot of people coming up to me this week and say, "Hey, do you know Prince will be performing at the Grammies?" Most days these people don't talk about music.

Beyoncé. Though I wouldn't sleep out for concert tickets to her show, she has talent and can sing. Plus, it is all part of Prince's musical recipe for tonight.
