CD's or downloads I hope you guys will respond to this. Do you prefer CD's or downloads. I think Prince is making a mistake by partially ignoring CD buyers. He does have a lot of fans who don't own computers (such as myself) so how are we supposed to hear his songs that he only releases online? What do you guys think?

Think! It ain't illegal yet! Got to be CD's. Don't have a computer like alot of people. Downloads discriminate against those without Computers. Work doesn't bode well to downloading. http://www.myspace.com/savage1999uk

Downloads suck all the way ... bad quality (and I don't just mean the sound-quality ... seems like those songs aren't worth releasing on cd).

CD's definitely. I remember the Warner Brother's days when Prince's records/CD's were always released on a Monday. I'd have the day off work, be at the record shop when it opened and spend the whole day listening to the album. It was an event, you know? Downloads are 10 a Penny and just get taken for granted. Sure they are nice to have and I think it's good to give fans a 'bonus' simply for being a fan but shiny thing you can hold in your hand really means something.

there's something sublime about hearing about a new prince song (for example, what do u want me 2 do), dowloading it the very same day, burning a copy at work, and grooving 2 it on the drive home
