Jaguar

Anyone know anything about this song?
What is Prince's involvement?
I want to bid for the 12 inch Mavis Staples version on ebay but have no idea how much its worth... or even what it sounds like.

it's a great funky funky song... prince played all the instruments, and he wrote it.

the remixes are house remixes, no extended versions.

why don't you get the TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE album too.
yes SIR!

Prince wrote this, around Dream Factory.

It's a real great funky song, sparse beat.

Mavis rips it up.

Aren't there only mixes on that 12"?

Cuz the album version is all you need.

jaguar is a song prince wrote for mavis' 1989 album time waits for no one. he plays everything on it and mavis sings. it was originally given to sheena easton. it's kind of a slinky, funk-rock number, with that dry-sounding batman era drums and synths.
