How many of y'all have purple all over your wardrobe or home decor or whatever? How many of you crazy asses have made purple your favorite color because of Prince? How many of you began using 'princebonics' because it made you feel as cool as him. I see a lot of folks whose whole existence is somehow wrapped around Prince...and I'm not judging whether its good or bad...I just want to see just how many are completely enamored with the little guy. There's a lot of fans that think he can do no wrong...and just as many who feel he can do no right. Both groups seem to have one thing in common...they all practically worship Prince. The ones who aren't happy with him seem to be so because they feel personally slighted...the ones who love everything he does seem to feel he his part of their life...but in a crazy not so tightly wrapped kind of way.

Being here has been a very interesting sociology experiment on the phenomena of celebrity. Thanks!

I don't have anything purple in my wardrobe (i don't like this colour), i don't use princebonics and i don't worship prince. i just like him and his music.

Purple was my favourite colour way before i'd heard of Prince. I think it was purple Tootie Fruities that did it for me.

At one of the soundchecks Prince mentioned he was "at Kingdon Hall earlier" and a little cheer erupted thru the crowd. I started to wonder how many would join or have joined cause of P? I suppose we are all infuenced by him one way or another, esp. if you have all the music and video.
