I love the part that occurs right after The Time's performance of "Love Machine".Prince sees Aura walk out with Morris and Jerome, and he SMILES.But a few moments later,he is suddenly hurt and heartbroken, singing "Thieves In The Temple" on the roof. That's classic

you know,'GB' is really a sad sequel to 'Purple Rain'.Consider...
***this film takes place in 1990,six years after the first movie. In that time period,"The Kid" and The Time never really made it.They're still playing in local nightclubs...lol... ***Billy is dead ***Prince's father is dead, his mother is in a "nuthouse" (as Morris so eloquently put it) ***Apollonia is out of the picture ***Jill Jones never made it.In the first film, she was a waitress at First Avenue. In the sequel, she gets "promoted" to another waitress job, this time at Morris' club. She's Prince's girlfriend, but he soon loses interest and chases after an angel.Poor Jill. it's all makes for a depressing film, dontcha think?

What about that scene with Michael Hutchence from INXS?
That was a cool scene. I've reversed the polarity of the neutron flow... Now to find a way to exterminate Melody Cool and Rosie Gaines...

I think the most interesting part in this film is the fact that Prince wrote a self fulfilling prophesy in one of the lines that Morris spoke:
"Kid, your shit ain't hittin no mo'!" I guess we'll see how true that is in 2004. Musicology is going to HIT! I wish u heaven
