For me it's either Sign or Lovesexy... can't choose.

SOTT- his most complete and satisfying album. Probably the best album of the 80's by any artist in my view.

In terms of songwriting and cohesion SOTT is better. In terms of it's audacity and attitude, Lovesexy is better. I still think I wish u heaven is one of his best tunes.

I really love Purple rain

but i choose lovesexy

and i still prefer parade than sott

The most ambitious is Lovesexy.

The easiest to listen to is Purple Rain.

I used to think Lovesexy was a great album, but I listened to it lately and much of it is REALLY bad.

Purple Rain was better then I remembered. It's easy to get sick of the album, but many of the songs are very good. It's probably in the top 5 for Prince albums, but SOTT is number 1.
