2001 - Interesting. New, good and bad, but lots of choice.

2002 - Good for some, terrible for others. Inconsistant.

2003 - Waste of space.

2004? It seems to be heading downhill. How low can U go?

I think NPGMC should charge $25 and put up a blank screen for the entirety of 2004, as an homage 2 the Black Album.

The Fams would go nuts for it!!!

I'm serious about this. Not only would it be appropriate to one of the biggest fan favorites of his career (I mean, he IS bringing back the old hits for another tour, right?), but it would be a crash course - nay, a virtual BOOT CAMP - in suspending ones Xpectations. A whole year of nothing but a blank black screen for $25. It would make people think about how lucky we are to be true Fams.

i like the sound of this idea, but not if that would mean an end to the toxic sociological experiment they've got going for themselves in the chat and forum

it would exist, but you couldn't see it because it would be black text against a black background, and when you tried to highlight the text, the highlighted text would be black also. that way, we will be able to suspend our Xpectations of each other as well.

Honestly, its almost become a childish thing this "club"..there are a lot of artist that offer the same shit he is, and they dont require a club..

The 3 years have all been different to experiment.

Question is... MORE tests needed?

Can he utilize what's been tried & come to
a method that's profitable, enriched, &
economical ?

I think it would make more sense to have the retail section of the website *outside* of the members area.

So that he could sell all those copies of GCS2000 and the New Power Pak that he has collecting dust and such, and then whatever the NPGMC is meant to offer members could be inside the members area.

I know Prince isn't the brightest penny in the bank when it comes to business, but it would seem the most obvious thing to do.

The one thing I'd like to see in 2004 is more music - either for sale or for download exclusively through the club.

Without the music it's just a pretty site with vague, dogmatic essays, a sycophantic message board and poor navigation.

all he has to do is give us what we want i.e music and dvds / videos , charge a silly amount[coz most here will pay it] and then everyone's happy. Sounds too simple really!.
