well he's gotta keep up the whole 'ladies man' thing..showing love to the fellas would cramp his style..besides, it's safer for him to steer clear of man/man love, lest he'd become like MJ...

Imo, he WAS joking. I feel prince KNOWS that both his male & female fans LOVE him. Especially 4 his musical genius. He's cool with that. Some of his songs distinctly point that out. However he must also know some guys R attracted 2 him in a physical way, & he wants 2 make clear he isnt "that" way. He loves all of us (male & female) as well, IMO.
