I came across this DVD yesterday. Is it any good? I love P's purple latex oufit (or whatever its made of) you see on the back cover. Plenty of guests too.

Loads of fans love it, but I've only watched it once and didn't like it.
There's a lack of atmosphere, it looks like it was filmed in a studio (which it was!) rather than a proper concert, and the audience looks like a bunch of record exec's with their tarty girlfriends !!

Again, the editing was horrid. Too many stupid shots and some really annoying editing at times. The picture quality is really good and I wish the Las Vegas dvd looked 1/2 as good as this one. I'd buy it because of his awsome guitar playing througout.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great guests and good selection of songs.

Apart from the erratic editing and the stupid slow-mo, it's quite enjoyable.

Every record store I go into I see this that I almost get sick and tired of seeing it!!!

To me that show was so clinical and clean and lacking in everything that Prince used to b!!!

i thought it was really good!! prince kick lennys arse on guitar! and the guest were really good as well, an di have to agree with Ronny, he did purple rain really good!! and i thought the crowd weren't as bad as every one is sayying, cause u could all was hear them singing along with the songs, and screaming with the dancers came on, so i thought the crowd was good but not the best crowd!
i really do think u should get this dvd, its my 3 favourite prince gig, u have to watch it!

RAVE, is a must see. i really enjoy watching it. the crowd was super and Lenny and Prince kicked ass on "American Woman" buy the video, you will not be disappointed.
