Last week somebody here asked about the coat from Purple Rain, specifically it's whereabouts. Well, for anybody who is curious, lives in Cleveland and has 18 dollars burning a hole in their pocket, I have indeed located the coat at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I have lived in the Cleveland area for (too long!) about 10 years now, and since it's opening in 1995 have been to HOF exactly ...never! No interest what so ever! My brother and his new wife were in town for the holiday weekend from Minneapolis, and decided they had to go there, so we did on Friday. Anyone in the area on Friday already knows this, but the weather here was absolutely horrible, so it was a refuge from that. The Rock Hall is a pretty boring place, in my opinion, but it did have the coat... can't wait until next year... maybe they'll have an entire floor dedicated to P like they do to U2 right now...
