WTF?? They just played... "America" on NBC!! It was the closing song on this Kristy Yamaguchi ice skating special. Was flippin' channels and immediately recognized the song! They played it all the way thru the end and mixed it so that it started all over again as the credits were rollin'. Everyone was clappin' and groovin' 2 it like it was a happy song. Wonder if they even paid attention 2 the lyrics  Anyone hear any other P songs on TV 2day?? | |

Anyone hear any other P songs on TV 2day??Well... even if the crowd didn't know all of the lyrics, it's kind of hard not recognize the chorus "America, America God shed his grace on thee..."  "You've got to believe in something... why not believe in me?" | |

I heard that too...I turned on NBC to watch the news, talking to my girlfriend, then all of a sudden I stopped and started singing along and dancing in the living room. My girlfriend called me a loser and left the room. | |
