I have been jamming on a WHOLE lotta Prince lately and watching crazy flicks like army of darkness and american psycho.I have also really been into the essential earth,wind,and fire.this is an incredible set!!so tight! and the story of the clash is the bomb and so is latter days and early days by led zep. instead of these weak hits collections by prince it would be nice to have a colection of "essential' p tracks that are freshly remastered.give that to the masses instead.it could make for a really cool and curious mix.

These collections tempt me to check out "Essential" anthologies by artists I'm not that crazy about or never really got into before...I've been tempted to get The Essential Springsteen though I've never dug his music in the past...I just have so much trust in the folks who put these collections together that I know it'll be an intelligent and mind-opening trip through sounds both classic and obscure.
