I gave my opinion: "What a waste if he is."
But the question still stands: "Do you think we'll be saying this in X years time, or do you think Prince is JW for life?" That is, do you think Prince is gonna censor his old material, and forever disregard his past recorded material, or do you think this is another of his phases. I am curious as to why you have such a problem with Prince's current beliefs. He's obviously doing what he thinks is right. It's unfair to say that his music is no longer relevant or "cool" anymore because he's not cursing or making Tipper Gore have a hissy fit. After all, he's a guy who does what he wants, right?? I can't say what the future will bring, but I will say this: Personally, I hope he remains a JW for life because he appears to be happier than he's ever been. And why do you think JW's are fruitcakes?? It's all love, baby...don't be afraid of a lil' door-to-door brotherhood, now...

I don't have a problem with Prince being a JW, or JWs in general.
Like I said, I think their dogmatic approach to recruitment and some of their more outlandish views are ridiculous, but people can believe and do what they like, I wouldn't want to stop them, or anyone else. Even loonies need freedom to do and live as they please. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
