I could rave on and on about tofu. Tofu is made from soybeans, specifically from curdled soy-milk. Like how cheese is made from curdled milk would be a good analogy. It's a perfect source of protein, superior to meat. It's incredibly healthy, and I crave it. Tofu has this unwarranted stigma as being some exotic, bland hippie food, but it has been a staple of the asian diet for over 2000 years. TOFU=FONKY I'm SURE Prince eats it. | |
