My 19-year-old cousin usually asks me to download songs for him. On the whole, stupid and commercial songs.
But the other day, he phoned me and told me he had heard an incredible song and he wanted to have it at all costs. I asked him its title, and he answerd me: "Prince, Suave y Húmedo" (in Spanish).
I was very surprised when I heard Prince, and of course, I knew perfectly what song it was (Soft and Wet). I asked him where he has heard that and why he told me its title in Spanish, and he answered me that on a movie (Unbreakeable, feat. Bruce Willis), and he has read subtitles. I love movies!!!

Cool. I got this girl I was involved with for a while to start liking Purple Rain, but that's about it.

I converted a girl when Lovesexy came out & she was totally into him - buying maxi-discs, bootlegs, magazines. That lasted until D&P which completely turned her off with the rapping. Then the next thing she heard was C&D and that she said was so bad she couldn't even listen the whole way thru. Now she listens to old Prince but nothing new. She did hear part N.E.W.S. and said "What it this - some crappy Prince jazz???"
So I turned her but then she turned back.
