Yes!

2004 in the UK will begin with January and then the remaining months will be in this order: February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, and November, followed by December. The months will vary in length, ranging from 29 to 31 days. Except as indicated below, each month will have 31 days: February (29); April, June, September & November (30).

Each week in the UK next year will begin with a Sunday, proceed to Monday, then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and end with Saturday.

Beginning with January 1, it will be possible to create a calendar that takes you all the way to December 31st.

It is expected that this same scheme will be deployed world-wide. You'll probably hear something official soon confirming all this from NPGMC. Stay tuned.
