Walked into HMV 2day, and saw Outkast's new CD, then I saw The Vegas DVD, then I thought "Can someone spare a brutha a dollar?"

thanks! now i gotta decide between buying tomorrow GnR use your illusion concert and prince dvd...HMHMHMHM i think i need another job, or two...

I can't get over the DVD is rated G. Never thought I'd see the day a Prince release would be G rated!

The Performance was brilliant.

Nice and intimate feel throughout.

Pity about the picture quality, and every now and again in the mix. I felt really let down for both Prince and the NPG.

Oh well can't wait 2 see them soon.

I haven't bought this one yet, but thinking of it ($29.95 at JB Hi-Fi). Does Prince do any dancing on this?

I am thinking of getting it for my 3 year old for Christmas (really for me) so G rating is good. My son loves to dance like James Brown, but he needs some new moves.

yes! but not that much...not like the rave dvd...but he dances funnier and acts funnier and more relaxed in general on this dvd.

I saw the Rave on there too, $28.95, maybe I should get that instead/as well!! Is there any bad language on Rave? (I do like the electric blue outfit on the cover, might be more entertaining for a kid, bit brighter?)

It's a lot brighter with a lot more variety and dancier moves...there are more hits and different acts as well...lenny k, the time...BUT the band is inferior to the One Nite Alone band and the crowd are not as into it as on the One Nite Alone.

It's a hard choice, but...if you're a real Prince fan...get both!

Well since I have 2 kids, I will have to buy both now, won't I, especially since we finally got a DVD player. Yippee!!

only bought it at sanity cuz i knew it would b there & also cuz its Prince.
only thing i would buy from them is prince.

U're right! Sanity sucks bro! They have this thing about them being "in touch" with the Australian youth (which couldn't be further from the truth) which really annoys me. To me, Sanity is a visual retail version of commercial radio, where they dictate to YOU what's cool and what's not. Maybe that's why they have had such a slump in their music sales that they're focusing into becoming solely a DVD store
