Did u guys like Phil Lamar as Prince? I think his name was Phil Lamar He was on the earlier episodes on Mad TV playin MJ & Prince.
He played Prince as being in a pajama party with Steven Segal & Eddie Murphy, and then he had another one with him as "The Prince of Egypt". [This message was edited Mon Oct 6 0:52:49 PDT 2003 by paisleypark4] Straight Jacket Funk Affair

Phil LaMar is a good Prince, but a better MJ!
And yes, the slumber party episode is hilarious! With Steven Seagal, and they're not letting Eddie Murphy in!!

I loved him as the prince of Egypt- that was tooo funny! I also liked the slumber party scene. Phil was tasteful in his impression and I like that - Sometimes comedians can be too harsh and hurtful. [This message was edited Mon Oct 6 10:20:47 PDT 2003 by SweetKreme]

Chris Kattan used to do a surprisingly good Prince imitation on SNL back in the day - he had the sulky/pouty thing DOWN.

There was another Phil Lamar as Prince sketch, remember the "Nutty Professor" one? Aries Spears was playing all the Klump roles like Eddie Murphy, the "dinner table" scene. At the height of everybody farting and yelling and laughing, you hear the "Aaaaooowah!" and everybody stops. Phil-as-Prince tells them they're all "nasty - and not in that good, funky way." Or something like that. I loved Phil's take on Prince because besides the "Aaaoowah" he plays him with a deep voice. The Normal Whores Club

Did any of U see on "In Living Color" when Jamie Foxx did a parody of the "My Name is Prince" video?? Hilarious! They made him look like a midget. He had on the outfit from the video, xcept the butt was cut out the pants...microphone gun and all! Here are some of the lyrics (these are in no particular order. I just posted what I could remember:
My name is Prince I'm just a man but I'm the king of munchkin land I wear mayballine and mary kay I get mistaken 4 Tammy Faye... 2 find clothes is such a feat I do my shopping in girls petite My film career is in a crisis My movie's worse than Vanilla Ice's I got down with Vanity I was her teacher Pushed her 2 far Now she's a preacher This mic's a pistol and I'm attackin It's so much bigger than what I'm packin
