No way , the best is easily during his USA T.V. performance on Arsenio Hall show, at the end of Cream WITH the yellow cloud guitar he splits to the floor AND THEN my fine purple friends he comes right back up and shoots that cocky look at the camera.

I guess you could also choose the LRC video splits with multiple twirls as well.

My favorite is at the begining of "Baby Im a Star" during the Nude Tour show from the Tokyo dome. He does it with the mic back and forth, pretty crazy stuff!

Diamonds & Pearls of the splits

The reason I will put Daimond and Pearls video split a close seond is that is was in an controlled enivornment where he could do it over if it didnt come out right. Lovesexy was live onstage in front of thousands. He had to hit it just right for timing and effect. He looked great doing it with the polka dotted shit and ponytail. And it was probably the best Prince song for splits - Housequake!
