Yup, I already started a thread on this yesterday. You're a little late reporting this. [This message was edited Sat Sep 13 12:06:13 PDT 2003 by psychodelicide] RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

This isn't the first time Prince has been recognized by the Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio. Two of his biggest hits, "When Doves Cry" and "Little Red Corvette," were among the institution's "500 Songs That Shaped Rock and Roll" in 1997. The coat Prince wore in the 1984 film "Purple Rain" is also on display at the institution's museum.
Where? I live in Cleveland, Ohio and I have been to the Hall of Fame several times. I have never seen anything about Prince there. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

The joints -- 500 songs that shaped Rock n Roll -- are on the main exhibition floor.
[w] http://www.rockhall.com/e...asp?id=658 Prince's purple jacket with the studs is on display in part of the clothes and memoribilia exhibit. The clothes and accessories go in chronological order or alphabetical order. I saw his jacket when Applekisse and myself visited my family in Cleveland over the Christmas holiday. I'm pretty sure Prince's jacket is on one of the turns near the left side of the winding exhibition. The winding clothes and accessories exhibit is across from the Rolling Stones display and to the right of the Duran Duran and B-52s wall displays. Hope this helps. See you in March for the simulcast at the Rock Hall. The Detroit Crawl and Cleveland fans will be at the HOF and at most likely Wish or Spy in the Warehouse District for the after party.
