i'm always a sucker for "Purple Rain" live. especially the Lovesexy version.

totally loving "Rave..." from Small Club. talk about an entirely different song.

"Let's Go Crazy" is another fav.

"The Question of U/The One/Fallin" is... wow!

I could go on and on and on and on!

co-sign both of those. i've only heard that version of "Darling Nikki" at the actual show, and I still sing it in my head like that -- kinda sped up.

If I was Ur Girlfriend from the Sign 'O' The Times concert movie. I heart this version.

I always think Now sounds better live than on record.

I also think U got the look from the Rave Un2 The Year 2000 vid is pretty cool.

Purple Rain always sounds awesom of cause, as does Little Red Corvette...always spine tinglingly good.

In addition to what's already been posted, let me add I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man from the Celebration 2002. Though, I don't agree with Darling Nikki from the Hit N Run Tour. Too "edited"!

It's from a bootlegged 2CD live show from around '93. It's a bit different, but great. It opens with him screaming, "Get on the dance floor, motherfuckers!"

The acoustic, flamenco-style 'Thieves In The Temple', from the 'Diamonds And Pearls' 1992 Earls Court shows.

I witnessed a couple of Princephobes completely reconsider their position after I showed this to them on video.

same goes for Days Of Wild.

No, Including the version on Crystal Ball.
which wipes the floor with the One Mo Jam version and
the unreleased studio version easily. As do the vast majority
of live versions by the 'classic' NPG lineup.
