So Tower Records sells bootlegs?

Saw the Brazilian SOTT dvd yesterday at TOWER and I'm just wondering...isn't that a bootleg?

It's questionable as to whether it really is a bootleg. It is quite possible that the people that print this in Brazil DO have a license to sell it...IN BRAZIL. I'm sure the importation is not allowed though, which is a grey area that all 'import' CDs and DVDs are in.

I've seen it the DVD in at least two Best Buys and a Media Play. It says import on the label so they might not know it's a bootleg. I've seen quite a few odd looking music import DVD in stores lately.

I saw it at Tower as well. But for those who have purchased that copy, is it exactly the same as the VHS copy of SOTT, or has it been tweaked in some way?
