Vegas Bet - Prince Concert

If you were in Vegas and had to place a bet on whether or not Prince would have a concert/tour during the 2003 NPGMC year, which way would you bet?

I'm asking because I'd love awesome seats to any show on the East coast...should I throw the $25 dice?

I'd never bet on Prince...there's no consistant behavior to base your bet on.
