the police came today... was playing my ONA to loud many people had phoned... said the one out of two policemen...and thats what i want to know ...has Prince ever got you in trouble?  Bounce party y'all

i had a friend (a girl) who played purple rain the song so much that the police came round. no big deal in the end. but i thought it was funny. she also played " i will always love you " (whitney vers) so much that her neighbors went mad. she also lost my copy of the "beautiful experience" which i fear i'll never get again. (the one with nona gaye accessing different experiences) . | |

I was playing some Prince too loud once. It wouldn't have been too loud except for to things:
All of our windows were open, and; Our next door neighbour got in at 10:00 that morning and was recovering from a hangover at 4:00. Rather than phoning the police though, she phoned me, and I was more than willing to turn it down for her. But it's easy to get the volume cranked in my home, as we have a beautiful Bose Micro-System with a cranking Technics receiver upstairs, and a heavy output 6.1 DTS system downstairs.
