2004?

What are Prince's Plans for the year 2004?
In recent Npg Chat with Rhonda and John B. from the New Directions in Music Group (NPG).
The 2 seemed to mention 2004 as some sort of date for something BIG, thou Rhonda will release her follow up to 'Intellipop' and John Blackwell will also release his debut in 2004!

But earlier this year a question was asked online at the club, regarding the year 2004, asking if fans would rather like a celebration or some sort of tour, new music, and now the speculation is 'Purple Rain' re-visited!

Its mightly funny that the member from Prince's previous monster bands are recruiting for some sort of reunion presented by Sheila E. who recently joined 'Prince' on tour for his One Night Alone Concerts throughout Europe and appeared at the Las Vegas Show which will also be release on DVD via Universal Music in a few weeks...

So lets recap...
1.Prince spends 7years as The Artist Formerly Known as Prince
2.Returns as Prince in the year 1999
3.Releases some of his best work according to his fans/critics alike in 2000
4.Prince releases his first major live box set in 2002, after recieving tons of support for his fantastic stage show
5.Prince's name has been dropped in the music industries biggest songs 'Without Me' from Slim Shady & 'Work It' from Missy Elliot
6.Raps biggest artist wants to collaborate with Prince for his last proposed record
7.Prince wants to challenge the system 'Warner bro.s' in a federal court on the 10year old riff b/t artist and label, by requesting from his fans that they turn over music that was released to the world without his consent
8.Prince mentions a Purple Rain Dvd with Liner notes and xtras that we have never seen before
9.Prince's old gal pal 'Sheila E. regroups the revolution' for an reunion benefit concert of sorts that will feature Wendy and Lisa
10.The Year 2004 is coming and so much has been hinted towards that year as being BIG!

So will all this legal stuff be cleared by 2004 if we follow through and give Prince the music he wants?

Will their finally be a reunion with Prince and The Revolution?

Prince hasn't toured this year and hasn't released an album with vocals, what is he up too these days?

In 1983, Prince was cooking up a huge movie for release in 1984.
In 1993, Prince wasn't releasing new music because of his riff with Time Warner and a name changed, prompt the company to finally release The Black Album, and his long awaited Greatest hits was a success that summer.
Plus he was working on new material to prove that he didnt need warners and we got the smash single ' The Most Beautiful Girl in the world'in 1994 which soared straight to the top of the charts and launched Prince once again into Mainstream success since 1991's Diamonds and Pearls.

In 2003, Prince seems to be working toward getting his masters backs and proving to the courts that the former label should no longer hold on to his babies and allow them back to his crib!
So whats in store for 2004?

Any thoughts?

What ever is cooking at paisley, I'm definitely waiting for it to be done!!!
So We can all enjoy Prince once again and this time at PEACE!

My suggestion is that some retrospective item(purple rain dvd...) be released, BUT only to act as a channel to simeltaneous NEW music. At the same time, promote that new music seperately. 1984 Purple Rain, 1994 TMBGITW, 2004??
