Prince's Movies Please forgive if someone mentioned this previously and I missed it. There's a site "Your Movie Database" where registered users list their top 20 favorite and least fave movies. I put Purple rain at #4 on my list but was curious to see what others thought. Of the nearly 7,000 titles on the list, Purple Rain ranked #1,492 picked by 8 people, and Under The Cherry Moon ranked #5,070 picked by only one person. Graffiti Bridge wasn't picked as a favorite by anyone, but did make the worst list at #4,151 picked by only 1 person as a bad movie, Purple Rain #1403 picked by 3 people and UTCM #1,440 picked by 4 people. I expected GB and UTCM to fare even worse than they did, just cause I assumed the mass audience carry around the perception that those two were really bad. Indifference, maybe? Batman & Robin got the most "worst" votes. Sign O The Times wasn't listed on the site at all, think maybe one has to write it in. http://www.ymdb.com | |
