Electric Chair (saturday night live addition)

I just got finished watching the electric chair performance from saturday night live, back in 89' and I couldn't believe my eyes after seeing how Prince was mighty fine without facail hair, it was a brilliant performance and I would recommend anybody to watch it, if you don't already have it, then you can see what I see, when I say got dammit he was fine lol... you know I have to admit y'all , this is the prince I miss, I know he married and everything but dayum, can I still request a shake ya ass on the stage every once a while... lol

I have to agree. I like him better without facial hair. And he looked SO comfortable with himself during that performance. Like it was nothing but fun. Even though he sang, "primes of passion" instead of "crimes."

There's been threads on the Saturday Nite Live "Electric Chair" performance. It's one of Prince's best TV performances. The band sounded good, Prince looked comfortable, it was live, the choreographed steps looked great.

Man, that joint is about 14 years old, but it's cool.

EXCELLENT performance!! Always made me laugh that it's this intense rocking performance and then at the end, P does that kind of cheesy smile and goofy bowing thing. One of Michael B's first performances with P right? Love that little drum break in the middle of the last verse (after the "all the time I was watching you" line). Only question: does anyone hear Candy's sax in the performance? She's on stage...
