What's the big deal? One's a black and white picture probably almost 30 years ago, the other is a picture in color, about 5 or 6 years ago. And skin tone isn't always accurately projected in pictures of any kind. The lighting isn't always going to make you look exactly as you are.

Nah, as a child Prince was a victim of a very poor diet (which included v unhealthy amounts of chocolate milkshake) hence the chubby cheeks and excessively oily complexion.

He has now been a vegan for years. This has often resulted in enhancing some people's physical appearance.

I don't know...he looks the same to me. Looking at the cover of the "Prince" album...he looks the same with the exception of his hair.

I agree with Supernova on the photos and lighting...plus, children's facial features are also very different than when they are an adult. I find it unlikely that he would have had a nose job (plus, it doesn't look to me like he has) if only for the fact that it may have alterted his singing a little...since they say that can happen. My opinion..

Yes that's Prince and he was a good looking kid that grew up and became a Gorgeous,Talented,Sexy-Ass, Musician who still lives in MINNEAPOLIS where he was born.

Hmmm... I fail to find any clinical record of Prince going under the knife for something like a nose-job, for which he would need to take at least three weeks off away from the recording studio. No such breaks from live/studio activity appear to have been reported during either the seventies or the eighties.

His head ha definitely grown larger and not in proportion to his eyes and nose, something most of us, myself included, have gone through during adolescence, which is why both features inevitably tend to look smaller in size as we grow older.

In later years, the cartilaginous tissue (namely, the ears and the nose) begin to grow in size quite rapidly, which is why most of us are destined to end up looking like a prototypes of Walter Matthau in our old age.

his nose must have had some kind of surgery on it. the pic of him as a kid shown his nostrils to be big and also the middle part of the bone. the "recent" pic has his nose straight and good.

This is a 1972 picture of Prince. I have a really good book to recommend that its from.

'Prince - A Documentary' by Per Nilsen. This picture is in this book.

It does seem like Prince had a *little* nosework done. I mean lighting and make-up doesn't just change ur nose like that! It definitely used 2 b broader.

The one I have is "Prince: the First Illustrated Biography" by John W. Duffy.

It's a really nice book and it has that picture in it (from 1972 it says) and the next one from 1973. He really grew a lot between those 2 pics.
