Well, I'm PROUD, VERY PROUD some great geniuses do not commit with desgusting chanels and radios!
I mean, Prince is a REAL STAR! He is not a bimbo, not a $$rapper$$ or a "Ozzie Os-bored"!
Prince has STYLE, Prince still has the $$, the money he made with REAL MUSIC and REAL FREAKY TALENT since 1979. Moreover, Prince is INTERNATIONAL! From all around the world (a Prince tune is probably played every minute on earth, don't forget it!!)
So when some nasty fams critic his musical and business directions, I can tell that they just want 2 FOLLOW the MASSES. You have to admit that as a Prince fan, you clearly ACT like a REBEL. Shit world is not our world, we need TRUTH and QUALITY.
Great music will always be a PRIVATE treasure.
You should know that TEENAGERS always loved "TEEN MUSIC". From sugar Beattles to Timberlake (who borrowed many Prince's "Emancipation" stuff…).
MATURE people always prefered "SERIOUS music" like Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Jazz…
There is the nostalgia fashion: new hits with old hits, has-been are back… CIRCUS, only CIRCUS! Only the MAINSTREAM from the past is played again.
