Prince on BET, 'Old School Joint of the day'

They gave props to 'Little Red Corvette peaking at #6...20 years ago on this day!!! They played the whole video!!! nod wink

somebody taped an episode of 'video soul' 4 me from way back when...it wuz a show dedicated 2 the mpls sound...(sniff) and donnie wuz on there...(sniffle, sob)...hotdammit, why must bet be so sucky now???

106 & park has been on a prince kick lately. i think the show even had some prince trivia last week. unfortunately, it's usually related to the 1999/purple rain-era and nothing else. they're really trying to get prince to do the show. the hosts act like he's already agreed to, they're just waiting for him to set a date.

sheila e. was on there a while ago with beyonce. she played drums for "work it out." i thought it was excellent.
