A few weeks ago, I heard on a Baltimore-area station a gospel music reviewer say that she absolutely could not wait to hear Patti's next album because she'd heard that the gospel album would be produced by -- of all people, she said -- Prince.

Has anyone else heard this? Does anyone else have details? That would be one beauty of an album, I imagine.

I saw it posted in the news section, but with the additional information that Patti is not sure to let Prince produce the entire album... I don't blame her.

Yeah, come to think of it, I heard Patti mention other producers in an interview. But that was some time before hearing the radio reviewer say "the entire thing."

I can't see giving him the entire thing. Get him to focus on two or three good tunes, that's the ticket.

I head that she was going to let him produce her gospel album because he was very interested in it.
