How come Prince's lawyers aren't up this guy's ass? He's been selling these fakes on e-bay for months now.

Is he passing them off as licensed merchandise?

Prince can only for copyright infringement with permission of the owners of the copyrights in the pics. Important rule about that is that in cases of alleged copyright infringement the burden of proof lies on the shoulders of the defendant; he has to proof that it is NOT copyright infringement.You should call the photograpers or their employers.

which is not the same as copyright infringement and which were not cases that he won in court. Those were mostly fan websites he didn't like, when they wouldn't join the "collective". It can be doubted that prince would ever had won such a case in court.
