It's Gonna Be A Beautiful Night Okay I'm looking for a little history behind this track from SOTT.
1. Was this taken from a live performance of Prince and The Revolution during the Parade Tour (in France)? Right before they broke up or perhaps during the ATWIAD/Parade sessions? 2. Does this version appear on a bootleg or video? 3. Were there overdubs on this tracks (like Sheila E.'s rap, Prince singing the high part, etc.) Please help. ![]()

I hope this helps:
1) Yes, live performance: Prince and the Revolution Paris 8/25/86. 2) Yes, many. 3) The concert version was mainly instrumental with vocals being added later for SOTT. Overall, the live version from this tour was only so-so. The version that appeared in the SOTT tour as an encore was smokin.
