Think about it:
The man's like five ft nothing, and his biggest ego-boost was his success in the sack (he never seemed satisfied by his spectacular artistic output). He puts out bunches of songs celebrating his sexual prowess, but not from a macho triumphant pov. Instead HE prides himself on his ability to "do it like she like it". Then, soon after he writes and records a song like "Sleep Around", Mayte goes and does just that, with... Tommy LEE!!!
Now if P has a size complex, his one compensation's been taken away! No wonder he sank into depression and sought solace from JW-ism.

Anyway, I think that whole persona was an inflated one. I mean, I find it very hard to beleive that was really what Prince was like, considering how shy and introverted he was/is. And personally, I have no desire to see a 44 year old man singing 'head' and humping the stage.
Now what goes on in Prince's bedroom nowadyas is his buisness. I'm sure he stll gets some, but unlike the past he doesn't write about it like he used to.
